Coachella Weekend 2 · April 17 – April 19
Dedicated, professional transportation services for La Quinta Resort guests attending Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival — seamlessly executed from arrival to departure.
Go Ride will provide dedicated, full-service transportation for all scheduled movements between La Quinta Resort and the Coachella festival grounds throughout Weekend 2. A fully managed transportation program that removes all coordination, timing, and execution from your team.
Premium Sprinter vans, properly staged and maintained for every run
Professional, experienced chauffeurs — uniformed and briefed on all logistics
All arrivals and departures across all three days of the event
All vehicles will pre-stage at the resort for smooth, on-time departures with no guest waiting.
Vehicle count and scheduling have been calibrated to this headcount. Final dispatch may be adjusted as confirmed numbers are received closer to the event date.
Premium Transit Sprinter Vans — offering comfort, capacity, and reliability across all service windows.
Service runs across both primary festival days with structured time blocks for arrivals and departures, each supported by a dedicated fleet of Sprinter vans.
Sunday operates on a lighter, flexible schedule with van count adjustable based on confirmed final headcount. Service windows are designed to accommodate a relaxed final-day pace. Sunday service is intentionally structured with flexible capacity, allowing final adjustments while maintaining full coverage.
3:00 PM
1–2 Sprinter vans dispatched based on final headcount confirmation
9:00 PM (Tentative)
1–2 Sprinter vans — adjustable as operational needs are finalized
Sunday's vehicle count will be confirmed in the days leading up to the event once final attendance figures and any schedule changes are communicated.
Each vehicle operates on an 8-hour split schedule per day, carefully aligned with the arrival and departure time blocks to maximize efficiency and minimize unnecessary idle time or cost.
This split-day model ensures every vehicle is deployed purposefully — covering both the inbound festival runs in the afternoon and the late-night departure runs — without continuous on-call overhead.
Every aspect of the transportation experience is managed end-to-end by Go Ride, so your team can focus entirely on the event itself. Your team is not responsible for managing transportation at any point.
Professional chauffeurs in uniform, trained in event and VIP transportation protocols
Exclusively assigned vehicles for the group — no shared or pooled services
All routes pre-planned and optimized for festival traffic conditions and access points
Vehicles positioned and ready ahead of every scheduled pickup and departure window
Bottled water provided for all passengers on every run
Live operational management throughout each service day
A dedicated Go Ride lead will actively manage all transportation operations in real time throughout the event. Coordination is handled dynamically across all vehicles to ensure continuous flow, timing alignment, and immediate response to any changes.
Real-time communication across all drivers to manage timing, routing, and flow throughout each service window
Vehicles are continuously directed and adjusted based on live demand, traffic conditions, and guest movement
Single point of contact available throughout all three days for updates, adjustments, and support

Complete, flat-rate investment covering all three days of service
Friday, Saturday & Sunday — April 17 through April 19
